Is the resort private?+

We welcome group stays in one exclusive compound with six bedrooms. Room access and your final group arrangement will be confirmed in your quotation.

How many people can stay?+

The six room capacities total 48: Orchid 8, Lotus 10, Dahlia 8, Lily 12, Lilac VIP 2 and Jasmine 8. Smaller packages use agreed rooms in the same exclusive compound. The ground floor sleeps 26, or 28 with Lilac; groups of 29–30 need a confirmed sleeping arrangement. The owner also accepts up to 50 overnight guests using the existing beds, with the group’s sleeping arrangement confirmed before booking.

What are the pools like?+

Three water areas: an adult pool, a kiddie pool, and a hot tub/Jacuzzi. Before each group checks in, the pools are filled with fresh natural hot spring water. After check-out, the water is drained, the pools are cleaned, and new hot spring water is prepared for the next guests. Natural pool-water temperature is not adjustable. The adult pool is 3–5 feet deep and the kiddie pool is 3–4 feet deep. Please supervise children around both pools.

Are the Jacuzzi and fountain included?+

One hour of Jacuzzi bubbles and one hour of fountain use are included. Additional use carries an extra charge and must be arranged with the owner; confirm the amount before use.

Can we bring food or arrange catering?+

Ordinary outside food and drinks are allowed without corkage. Caterer corkage is approximately ₱1,500 off-peak or ₱2,000 peak, subject to your final quotation. Overnight gas use costs ₱500 per night when requested. The kitchen provides a refrigerator, one medium-sized rice cooker, one large pot and one large pan. Two tubs of mineral water with hot and cold dispensing are provided. Bring your own cooking utensils, any additional cookware, and dining ware.

What should we bring?+

Blankets, towels and toiletries are not provided. Bring your own. Blankets and towels can each be rented for ₱50 per item; confirm quantities and availability with the team. Please also confirm bedsheet inclusion, and bring charcoal, utensils, dining wares and a kettle as needed.

Can we bring pets or visitors?+

Pets are ₱500 each per night, subject to approval. Pets must not swim in the pools. Owners must clean up all pet mess. Visitors are charged separately or by a negotiated package; declare all visitors before your stay.

When can we arrive and leave?+

Preferred overnight hours are 5 p.m.–2 p.m. the next day (21 hours). Alternative hours, such as 8 p.m.–5 p.m. the next day, may be agreed if available. Every date and schedule requires owner approval after checking existing and next-day reservations. Adjustments must allow for the next group’s arrival; requested hours are not guaranteed.

How do rates and payment work?+

Off-peak is approximately June–September. Regular peak is October–November and January–May, with separate December and Christmas/New Year guidance. See Check dates for indicative group rates; request an exact quotation for your dates. A 50% down payment is required after the owner approves your dates and quotation. The remaining accommodation balance is due at check-in. Reservation payment may be by cash, GCash or bank transfer; online credit-card payment is subject to the service being enabled. At check-in, pay by cash or GCash. Credit-card payment at check-in may be possible only by prior confirmation. Ask the team for verified payment instructions.

Is there parking and step-free access?+

Parking is advertised. Please contact us about vehicle numbers, subdivision entry, stairs and accessibility needs so the team can confirm arrangements.

Is there a common toilet and shower area?+

A common toilet is located near the kitchen, and a shower area is available for rinsing before entering the pools. All showers, including those in the bathrooms, have hot and cold water. Please shower before swimming.

How does the refundable security deposit work?+

A separate refundable security deposit is required before check-in: ₱10,000 for a group of 48, or ₱5,000 for a group of 25–30. Before returning the security deposit, staff inspect all rooms and facilities for missing items or damage. Once the inspection is clear, the deposit is returned at check-out. If there is loss or damage, the guest is charged and the applicable amount is deducted from the deposit, together with any additional charges. This deposit is separate from accommodation payments. Confirm deposit amounts for other group sizes with the owner.

What is provided in the kitchen?+

Visitors

Visitors carry an additional charge. The owner may agree on a negotiated visitor package instead of charging individually. Declare visitor numbers and arrange the fee, access and departure times before your stay; no free visitor allowance is guaranteed.

Third-floor function room

The third-floor function room can be rented for ₱5,000 for five hours. Event capacity, access, setup time and any additional hours require confirmation. The room is an optional rental, not an included part of every stay.

Food carts, sound & lighting

Food carts, sound systems and lighting carry an electricity corkage fee of ₱1,500 per unit. Declare each unit in advance so the owner can confirm the equipment count, suitability and total charge.

Room access for smaller groups

Smaller group arrangements use Orchid, Lotus and Dahlia on the ground floor, with Lilac VIP potentially added by agreement. The ground-floor rooms sleep 26; adding Lilac brings that to 28. Groups of 29–30 need a separately confirmed sleeping arrangement. Full 48-guest stays use all six rooms. All arrangements reserve the same exclusive compound. The owner permits up to 50 overnight guests using existing beds; confirm the final allocation for the group.
