Christmas & New Year
December 24–January 2 · 48–50 overnight guests₱50,000 accommodation guidance for the full six-room resort, for 48–50 overnight guests using existing beds. All dates, the final sleeping arrangement and terms require owner approval.
All amounts are indicative accommodation guidance, not automatic quotes. Off-peak is approximately June–September; regular peak is October–November and January–May, with December and December 24–January 2 quoted separately. Confirm each date, weekday/weekend classification, room access, extras and final amount with the owner. Friday–Sunday is confirmed as the early-December weekend window. The final holiday endpoint and treatment of checkout on January 2 still need confirmation.
50% down after approval; remaining accommodation balance at check-in. No payment is collected for an inquiry.
