Third-floor function room: ₱5,000 for five hours. Food carts, sound systems and lighting: ₱1,500 electricity corkage per unit. Caterer corkage: approximately ₱1,500 off-peak / ₱2,000 peak. Pets: ₱500 each per night; no pets in pools; clean up after pets. Visitor charges may be negotiated as a package. Confirm event/visitor capacity and setup with the owner.
